The Silent Quilt Auction will open at 9.30am AEST on Wednesday, 21st March 2019 and will close at 3.30pm Sunday, 24th March 2019 AEST. Any bids received after this time will not be registered.
The highest bidders will be announced at the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair at 3.45pm AEST on Sunday, 24th March.
Bids can only be placed in person at the Adelaide Craft and Quilt Fair for 2019.
The Quilts available for Auction, must reach their reserve price.
The quilts remain the property of Blessington Pty Limited until the funds are paid in full and cleared.
Payment for the quilt must be made in full within 7 days of the winning bid announcement. Blessington Pty Ltd, accepts MasterCard, Visa, direct debit or a cheque made payable to Blessington Pty Ltd. If paying via cheque, the quilt will be released once the funds appear in the Blessington Pty Ltd bank account.
The highest bidders will be notified by phone.
If the payment is not made with the 7 days, and all reasonable attempts to contact the highest bidder have been made, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
The end of the auction and the winners will be announced both at the Adelaide Craft and Quilt show and on the Blessington Pty Ltd website on Monday 25th March 2019.
All bids are final.
Dispute resolution – in the event of a dispute the final decision will rest with the CEO of Blessington Pty Ltd, who will act in accordance with the local governing law.
